About Us
Caretaker Connections Homecare was founded by Chanique Kelley and Sherrel Smith. The founders of Caretaker Connections Homecare, LLC have over 40 years of combined Nursing experience.
Chanique Kelley- a Charleston native with 21 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 18 years in emergency medicine.
Chanique earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from SC State University and her Masters Degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix.
Sherrel Smith - a Charleston native with 23 years experience as a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of Nursing leadership experience. Sherrel earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from SC State University, her Master’s Degree in Nursing from The Medical University of South Carolina and her Doctorate in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
